AABC's Mission and Vision We are for the people and only for the people
Our Mission
The American Armenian Businessmen Coalition (AABC) is driven by a strong sense of compassion and solidarity. Their mission is clear: to provide immediate aid to Armenian families in need while fostering long-term resilience. AABC understands that their work goes beyond simply providing assistance; it is about restoring dignity and improving the overall well-being of the communities they serve.
By recognizing the strength and resilience of these families, AABC aims to stand alongside them during their most challenging times. Their approach emphasizes a partnership model, ensuring that aid is not just handed out but integrated into the community fabric.
Emergency Food Assistance
One of the cornerstone initiatives of AABC is their emergency food assistance program. This initiative addresses the immediate hunger crisis faced by many families in Lebanon. With soaring prices and limited access to resources, food insecurity has become a pressing issue.
Food Packages: AABC distributes essential food packages that include staple items such as rice, lentils, canned goods, and cooking oil. These packages are designed to sustain families during difficult times.
Clean Water Supply: Access to clean water is critical for health and well-being. AABC ensures that families receive clean drinking water, which is essential for their survival.
Community Outreach: The coalition actively engages with communities to identify the most vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring that aid reaches those who need it most.
Medical Support and Health Initiatives
In addition to food assistance, AABC has focused on providing medical support to the affected families. Health issues have escalated due to the deteriorating living conditions, making access to medical care more important than ever.
Medication Distribution: AABC collaborates with local health organizations to distribute essential medications to those in need. This effort is crucial for individuals suffering from chronic illnesses who may not have the means to afford their medications.
Support for Medical Facilities: The coalition provides support to local medical facilities, ensuring they have the resources necessary to treat patients effectively.
Health Education: Beyond immediate medical support, AABC also focuses on health education, empowering families with knowledge about disease prevention and healthy practices.
